1. Once you have read through this guide and filled out the form below, I will be notified of your interest and reply back to you as soon as possible, requesting to see your chosen photograph(s). Having more than one option is really helpful, even if you're set on one photo in particular.

Tips for taking the best photo:

• Use natural lighting where possible, like the image on the right.

• Choose an angle that looks natural for the subject to capture them best.

• If you can take the image on a camera, that's great! But a phone camera can take amazing photos too. If you think your phone camera isn't sufficient, ask a friend or family member to borrow theirs.

• As a pencil portrait artist, detail is key - the more you can see in the photo, the better!

2. Once the photo, deadline and preferred sizing is confirmed between the both of us, I will remind you of the price (for insight in to this, see my Price List below) and I request that a 25% deposit is paid before I commence. This will secure your spot!

3. With all this complete, I will then begin your portrait! I will keep in touch with you throughout the process, so please keep an eye on your emails. Once I have completed the piece and you are happy with the result, I will then expect for the rest of 75% to be paid before I send it to you (delivery will be free, and I will share a tracking number so that you can follow the delivery.)
